You should check out profootballweekly.com. They may either have a section devoted to the Vikings are a link to any periodicals about the Vikings.
They might also cover them in Penthouse magazine, since the team spends so much time on boats having sex in front of children and families.

If you look in the fantasy football magizine by CBS you will find an advertisment in there that have publications just for your favorite team.
Not all teams are in there but if I remember correctly, Minnesota is on the list of publications.
